My client, a well-established and highly respected wealth management firm, is seeking an experienced Financial Adviserto join its growing advisory team in an employed capacity.

The Opportunity
This is a hybrid position offering flexibility alongside the opportunity to work closely with an experienced and supportive team. Advisers are encouraged to focus on what they do best—providing exceptional financial advice—while dedicated paraplanning, administration and marketing functions provide the support needed to maximise client service and business growth.
You'll work with clients across a broad range of financial planning needs, helping individuals and families build, preserve and protect their wealth through tailored, long-term advice.
The successful individual will have the opportunity to inherit and develop client relationships while also contributing towards the continued growth of the business through referrals, networking and professional relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver holistic financial planning advice across pensions, investments, protection and retirement planning.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with both new and existing clients.
- Conduct comprehensive financial reviews and create tailored financial planning solutions.
- Manage the client journey from initial consultation through to ongoing servicing and reviews.
- Identify opportunities to deepen existing client relationships through wider financial planning conversations.
- Maintain detailed client records and ensure all recommendations meet regulatory and compliance requirements.
- Work collaboratively with paraplanners and administrators to deliver an exceptional client experience.
- Continue developing your professional knowledge and remain up to date with industry and regulatory developments.

About You
The ideal candidate will demonstrate:
- Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning (or equivalent) as a minimum.
- Proven experience as a Financial Adviser delivering holistic financial planning advice.
- Strong technical knowledge across pensions, investments and protection.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- A client-first approach with a genuine passion for delivering outstanding outcomes.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- The ability to work independently while contributing positively to a collaborative team environment.
- High ethical standards and a commitment to maintaining regulatory excellence.
