Location: Bournemouth, Dorset (Hybrid)

Salary: Outstanding earning potential with an On-Target Earnings (OTE) of £150,000 per annum.

Our client is an established and growing financial services organisation seeking an experienced Private Wealth Adviser to join its UK advisory team.

This is an exceptional opportunity for a qualified Financial Adviser looking to develop long-term client relationships while benefiting from a strong operational infrastructure, centralised support and a collaborative team environment.

The successful candidate will focus on servicing, retaining and growing an existing client base while delivering holistic financial planning solutions to individuals across the UK, with opportunities to advise internationally connected clients.

The Opportunity

This role is ideal for advisers who enjoy building lasting client relationships and providing ongoing financial advice that delivers meaningful long-term outcomes.

You'll be supported by experienced compliance, paraplanning and operational teams, allowing you to focus on what you do best—advising clients, growing your client bank and generating recurring revenue.

Success will be measured through client satisfaction, retention, new business generation and sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities

Client Relationship Management

  • Service and develop an existing portfolio of clients.
  • Build new business through referrals, professional networks and relationship development.
  • Deliver exceptional client service to maximise long-term retention.
  • Identify opportunities to expand existing client relationships.

Financial Planning & Advice

  • Provide holistic financial planning across investments, pensions, protection, retirement, tax and estate planning.
  • Conduct regular client reviews and adapt financial strategies as circumstances change.
  • Support clients with increasingly complex financial planning requirements, including internationally connected individuals where appropriate.
  • Ensure advice is delivered in accordance with FCA regulations and best practice.

About You

Essential

  • Minimum Level 4 Diploma in Financial Advice.
  • Proven experience as a practising Financial Adviser.
  • Strong commercial awareness with a focus on client acquisition, retention and business growth.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating with wider support teams.
  • Excellent communication, organisation and relationship management skills.

Desirable

  • An existing client bank that may be transferable.
  • Additional professional qualifications or regulatory permissions.
  • Experience advising expatriate or internationally mobile clients.
