This is a rare opportunity for accomplished professionals with established networks of high-net-worth individuals, ultra-high-net-worth clients, family offices, institutional investors and corporate clients to join a highly entrepreneurial business with ambitious growth plans.

The Opportunity

Successful candidates will be responsible for developing new business, raising investment capital and introducing sophisticated private and institutional clients to a comprehensive range of wealth management, investment and corporate advisory solutions.

The ideal individual will already possess an extensive professional network and a proven ability to generate significant Assets Under Management (AUM).

Candidates who have successfully introduced, managed or transferred investment portfolios in excess of USD $100 million will be particularly attractive.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop long-term relationships with UHNW individuals, family offices, institutional investors and corporate clients.
• Raise capital across a broad range of investment and wealth management solutions.
• Generate significant new Assets Under Management (AUM).
• Identify new business opportunities throughout the UAE, GCC and international markets.
• Work collaboratively with investment specialists to deliver bespoke financial solutions.
• Represent the business at networking events, investment conferences and client meetings.
• Build strategic partnerships that contribute to the continued growth of the Dubai operation.
• Deliver exceptional client service while maintaining the highest professional and regulatory standards.

Experience & Skills

• A minimum of 7 years' experience within private wealth, investment management or institutional financial services.
• An established network of private clients, family offices, corporate clients and institutional investors.
• A proven track record of attracting new investment assets and developing long-term client relationships.
• Experience introducing and managing portfolios exceeding USD $100 million is highly desirable.
• Strong commercial acumen with excellent relationship management and communication skills.
• A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with the ambition to contribute to the growth of a dynamic international business.
