Our client, a highly respected and expanding wealth management and multi-family office, is seeking an experienced Paraplanner to join its growing team in Dubai. Built around a holistic financial planning philosophy and exceptional client service, the firm provides tailored advice to high-net-worth individuals, expatriates and families across wealth management, estate planning, tax planning and family office services. 

This is an outstanding opportunity for a technically strong paraplanner looking to work alongside experienced advisers in a collaborative environment, supporting the delivery of high-quality, bespoke financial planning solutions.

The Role

Working closely with Financial Planners, you will play a key role in preparing and delivering comprehensive financial planning recommendations. You will undertake detailed technical research, produce suitability reports, analyse investment and pension solutions, and ensure every recommendation is tailored to each client's individual objectives.

This is a varied and technically focused position offering exposure to high-net-worth and international clients, with genuine opportunities for long-term career development.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare comprehensive suitability reports and recommendation letters.
• Conduct technical research across pensions, investments, protection and financial planning solutions.
• Analyse existing client arrangements and identify suitable recommendations.
• Assist advisers with client meeting preparation and post-meeting actions.
• Produce cashflow planning and financial modelling where appropriate.
• Liaise with providers to obtain illustrations and technical information.
• Ensure all files meet compliance and regulatory standards.
• Support advisers throughout the full financial planning process.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and documentation.
• Assist with ongoing servicing of existing client portfolios.

Candidate Profile

We are looking for someone who possesses:

• Previous experience as a Paraplanner within a financial planning or wealth management environment.
• UK Certification in Paraplanning
• Strong technical knowledge of pensions, investments and financial planning.
• Experience preparing suitability reports.
• Excellent analytical and research skills.
• High attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities within a fast-paced environment.
• Professional qualifications (or working towards them) would be highly advantageous.
