The Opportunity

As a Financial Consultant, you will work with expatriate and international professionals, helping them achieve their financial goals through tailored advice covering wealth creation, tax efficiency, retirement planning, protection, property finance and long-term financial planning.

Unlike many advisory firms, this role is primarily office and telephone based, allowing consultants to maximise productivity, reduce travel time and spend more time advising clients.

You'll benefit from a sophisticated digital client platform, dedicated lead generation support and proven internal processes designed to help you build a sustainable advisory business.

What You'll Be Doing

• Deliver holistic financial planning advice to expatriate and international clients across Switzerland.
• Conduct remote client meetings using a market-leading digital advice platform.
• Build long-term trusted relationships with clients.
• Advise across investment planning, retirement planning, protection, tax-efficient solutions and wider financial planning.
• Manage clients throughout the full financial planning journey.
• Maintain the highest standards of professionalism, compliance and client care.
• Continue developing technical knowledge through ongoing professional qualifications and industry examinations.
• Work collaboratively within a supportive, high-performing advisory team.

Essential Requirements

Applicants must have:

• A minimum of two years' experience working within financial services.
• At least two years' experience with an international financial advisory firm in Switzerland.
• A valid Swiss G Permit or the legal right to work in Switzerland.
• Experience working with expatriate or internationally mobile clients.
• A commitment to completing and maintaining relevant professional financial planning qualifications.
