Our client, an established international wealth management organisation, is looking for a Paraplanner / IFA Administrator to join its growing Dubai office.

The Opportunity

As a Paraplanner / IFA Administrator, you will provide comprehensive technical and administrative support to a team of Private Wealth Advisers, ensuring clients receive an outstanding experience throughout every stage of the financial planning journey.

You will work closely with advisers, compliance, operations and product providers, helping to deliver accurate, compliant and timely financial planning solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Adviser Support

  • Provide day-to-day administrative and technical support to Private Wealth Advisers.
  • Prepare client documentation, suitability reports and financial planning paperwork.
  • Assist advisers in preparing for client meetings, reviews and presentations.
  • Ensure recommendations are accurately documented and processed.

Client Administration

  • Manage new business applications from submission through to completion.
  • Maintain accurate client records using the firm's CRM systems.
  • Liaise with clients, product providers and third parties regarding ongoing cases.
  • Process withdrawals, switches, top-ups, transfers and policy servicing requests.
  • Monitor outstanding requirements and proactively follow up to ensure timely completion.

Financial Planning Support

  • Obtain policy information and valuations.
  • Research products and providers where required.
  • Prepare illustrations, quotations and supporting documentation.
  • Assist with pension, investment, protection and retirement planning cases.
  • Support advisers in delivering holistic financial planning solutions.

Compliance & Quality

  • Ensure all documentation is complete and compliant with regulatory requirements.
  • Carry out pre-submission file checks.
  • Maintain high standards of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Support internal compliance and audit processes.
  • Assist with ongoing improvements to operational processes and client service standards.

About You

Essential

  • Previous experience within Financial Planning, Wealth Management or Independent Financial Advice.
  • Experience as an IFA Administrator, Financial Planning Administrator, Client Services Executive or Paraplanner.
  • Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High level of professionalism and client focus.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.

Desirable

  • Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning (completed or working towards).
  • Previous experience supporting Private Wealth Advisers.
  • Experience with international or expatriate financial planning.
  • Knowledge of investments, pensions, protection and retirement planning.
  • Experience working within FCA, DIFC or other regulated financial services environments.
  • Multilingual language skills.
