Our client, a highly respected international wealth management firm, is looking to appoint an experienced Private Wealth Manager to join its expanding Mauritius office.

This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious wealth management professional to work with high-net-worth individuals, expatriates, business owners and internationally mobile clients, providing holistic financial planning and bespoke wealth management solutions across multiple jurisdictions.

You'll be joining a business with an established international presence, offering access to a broad range of local and offshore investment solutions while providing genuine opportunities for long-term career growth.

The Opportunity

As a Private Wealth Manager, you'll be responsible for building and managing long-term client relationships while delivering tailored financial planning solutions designed around each client's individual objectives.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Meeting prospective and existing clients to understand their financial goals and long-term aspirations
• Delivering holistic financial planning across investments, retirement planning, estate planning, wealth protection and offshore investment solutions
• Conducting detailed financial reviews and portfolio analysis
• Designing bespoke wealth management strategies based on clients' objectives, tax considerations and risk profiles
• Building and maintaining long-term relationships through regular client reviews and proactive servicing
• Developing new business through networking, referrals and professional introductions
• Monitoring investment performance and recommending appropriate portfolio adjustments
• Keeping abreast of financial markets, legislative developments and industry best practice
• Delivering advice in accordance with all relevant regulatory and compliance standards

About You

The successful candidate will have:

• Previous experience as a Financial Adviser, Wealth Manager, Financial Planner or Private Banker
• Strong knowledge of investments, retirement planning, estate planning and holistic wealth management
• Experience working with high-net-worth individuals and internationally mobile clients
• A proven ability to build long-term client relationships and generate new business
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
• A consultative, client-focused approach
• Strong commercial awareness and entrepreneurial mindset
• Relevant financial planning qualifications with a commitment to ongoing professional development
