Our client is an established international financial services organisation seeking experienced Private Wealth Advisers to join its growing European advisory team.

The Opportunity
As a Private Wealth Adviser, you will be responsible for developing and managing your own portfolio of clients, providing holistic financial planning solutions and delivering an outstanding client experience.
You'll work with high-net-worth and internationally connected individuals, helping them achieve their financial goals through tailored advice across a broad range of financial planning areas.
Success in this role will be measured through client acquisition, retention, recurring revenue and long-term client outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Client Growth
- Develop and grow your own portfolio of clients through referrals, professional networking, events and proactive business development.
- Build long-term relationships based on trust, professionalism and outstanding client service.
- Convert prospective clients into ongoing advisory relationships.
- Generate new business opportunities while leveraging the firm's marketing support and professional introducer network.
Financial Planning & Advice
- Deliver holistic financial advice across investments, pensions, protection, retirement, tax and estate planning.
- Advise internationally mobile clients with assets, income or family interests across multiple jurisdictions.
- Conduct regular financial reviews and adapt client strategies as circumstances evolve.
- Ensure all advice is delivered in accordance with regulatory requirements and industry best practice.
About You
Essential
- Minimum Level 4 Diploma in Financial Advice (or equivalent).
- Proven experience as a practising Financial Adviser.
- Demonstrable success in building and managing a client portfolio.
- Strong commercial awareness with a focus on business development and client acquisition.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with wider support teams.
- High standards of professionalism, organisation and client care.
Desirable
- Experience advising expatriate or internationally mobile clients.
- Additional professional qualifications or regulatory permissions.
- Multilingual language skills.
